Black Bear Lacrosse has been providing expert quality instruction and training at camps and clinics throughout the Eastern part of the United States for 15 YEARS. Our dedicated staff of seasoned coaches take a personal interest in advancing the fastest game on two feet!

Registration will open in late January 2024 for summer 2024!

Camp Curriculum is broken down into four areas:

1. FUN in Fundamentals Curriculum- We love getting local high school coaches and college players back in their community at our camps with a focus on developing the FUN in Fundamental skill growth. Campers will spend 30-45 minutes daily on skill development of their Passing-Catching-Cradling-Ground balls.

2. Speed and Agility Sports Training- Our coaches are well-versed in developing the athletic skill set of some of the best players in our area. We use daily lacrosse specific speed and agility drills to develop campers’ physical conditioning.

3. Position Specific Training- Campers will be given the chance to learn new positions daily or to fine-tune their Positional skill set. Our camps staff includes quality, knowledgeable coaches that utilize position specific drills to develop campers’ defensive or offensive skill sets.

4. Team Specific Skill Development- Each day of camp focuses on a team concept of the day to improve campers’ lacrosse IQ. Campers will develop an understanding of how to execute team offense, team defense, and transition lacrosse concepts. Players will compete daily in small group and scrimmages.

Players of all abilities and experience are welcome and will benefit from our structured, time-tested camp curriculum. Campers will be grouped according to age and ability. We teach players the proper technique and fundamentals of the game to develop their skills and lacrosse IQ. We foster a fun-filled, exciting camp atmosphere run by top local coaches and college players. No matter your skill level when you start the week, you are sure to leave as a much better player after attending a Black Bear camp!
